What do you like about EarlyCare?
"You have some of the most wonderful frontline staff working at your center who taught my daughter so much that now as she is going into kindergarten she is far more advanced in reading, writing, social skills and her speaking than the majority of the children in her class so much so she is being given different work than the other children just to keep her going without getting board and that we attribute to your school and your staff. We have always been impressed with the quality of your staff and the fact they treated our daughter as if she were their own. Leaving our child with the same people for three years without concern knowing how caring and knowledgeable on preschool education your staff are was a great comfort to us and is an absolute credit to your company. It was just a shame we couldn't have them follow us to Sydney to continue with our daughters education."

What are your perceptions and impressions of EarlyCare?
“I am happy to bring my children to the centre. Ryan, my 18month old is very happy here and I put this down to the safe, caring environment and fun atmosphere."
Why do you attend EarlyCare over other services?
“Initially we came to this centre because my sister-in-law had used the centre and Claire’s prompt responses to my enquiries and willingness to accommodate our needs brought us in and the friendly professionalism of the staff really makes coming in each day a pleasure.”“It is important to me that our son is cared for we the parents are respected and are also made to feel comfortable. I feel that early care follows Australian Standards in their industry along with demonstrating good customer service.”

What do you think of the Educators at EarlyCare?
“The educators are really wonderful. The feedback in the day books and individual folios are great. The kid’s day looks like great fun.”“They have actively supported our kids as individuals and assisted us greatly in helping our toddler adjust to life with his new baby brother. They take a personal interest in the kids which makes us happy to know they are cared for in our absence.”
“I think highly of them. Jake has learned a lot e.g.: language, comprehension, good manners, and techniques to manage bullies and not to be a bully, structures and routine. The staff balances their technical skills with good manners and courtesy to parents which is important.”
