EarlyCare Leanyer
I have lived in Darwin for the past 5 years, coming from Sydney were I was born and raised. I have been working in Children’s Services for the past 13 years. I have completed my Diploma in Children’s Services and also my Diploma in Management. In the future I wish to extend on my studies and complete my Early Childhood Degree.
Throughout the 13 years I have worked in Children’s Services, I have spent time working with school aged children (OOSH), Early Childhood ,Occasional Care and Long Day Care. I have worked in many roles through those years. I commenced my career as an Assistant then moved to a Room Leader. After completing my Diploma in Management, I was appointed Assistant Manager and gained experience through relief work as as a Centre Manager before moving to a full time Centre Managers Position.
I find my career so rewarding, watching the children learn and grow through the experiences I set for them in their environment. I myself was blessed two years ago when I gave birth to my daughter and this has broaden my understanding and respect for families and parents.
